Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter device, an optical module, and an electronic apparatus with which it is possible to suppress a reduction in the resolution of an interference filter.SOLUTION: An optical filter device 600 comprises: a wavelength variable interference filter 5 (interference filter) having a pair of reflection coatings facing each other and a movable circuit board 52 on which either of the pair of reflection coatings is provided; a base 620 (base unit); a first fixation member 640 for fixing a portion of the movable circuit board 52 to the base 620; and a second fixation member 641 for fixing the movable circuit board 52 to the base 620 in an area that encloses a facing area S1 in which, in a plan view in thickness direction of the movable circuit board 52, the pair of reflection coatings on the circuit board surface crossing in the thickness direction face each other, the second fixation member 641 having a lower coefficient of elasticity to the movable circuit board 52 than the first fixation member 640.
