To provide a tablet preparation blended with active ingredients such as vitamin B12, etc., and mucopolysaccharide, and produced not by a wet granule compression method by using solvent and wetting the granules, but by a direct powder compression method having less number of processes and economically advantageous, i.e. direct tablet-forming method, and also showing a good content uniformity, disintegrating property and stability.

This solid preparation is obtained by crushing a matrix such as microspheres, etc., containing the active ingredients such as the vitamin B12, etc., as necessary, and blending the same with the mucopolysaccharide.
