When a menu board receives the order information or the like (step S41), the menu board makes the received order information and license plate information a set and stores it in a storage part (step S42). When detecting a vehicle (step S43), the menu board acquires an image of the vehicle, and recognizes the license plate information (step S44). The menu board specifies the set of the license plate information according with the recognized license plate information from a plurality of sets of the order information and the license plate information stored in the storage part, and supplies the agreeing order information or the like to an order-receiving computer (step S45).
