Abstract:

To provide an organic light emitting display device capable of improving luminous efficiency by facilitating injection of electrons and holes into a light emission layer from electrodes.

The organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, a first electrode formed on the substrate, a buffer layer formed on the first electrode, a light emission layer formed on the buffer layer, and a second electrode formed on the light emission layer, wherein the buffer layer includes a transparent conductive oxide, and a metal or metal oxide having a work function lower than that of the transparent conductive oxide. The method of manufacturing the same is also provided.
