The wave length slant width Δλ(θ), defined as the difference between a wave length λL(θ) and a wave length λA(θ), is made less than 80 nm, where; λL is a peak wave length of an emission spectrum when the multi-layered mirror is not formed, λA(θ)is a wave length by which the index of reflection becomes 30% of RL(θ) when multi-layered mirror 12 is irradiated by the angle of incidence of θ, where; RL(θ) is the index of reflection against the light with wave length of λL(θ) when the light with the wave length of λL is irradiated with the angle of incidence of θ(0°≤θ≤90°) into the multi- layered mirror 12.
