To solve a problem that a long treatment time is required, a problem that a crushing capacity is not sufficient, a problem of an offensive odor, a problem of a treatment facility, and a problem that an organic substance is hardly treated in the facility other than a prescribed facility, in a conventional organic substance treatment machine.

The treatment machine itself is mounted to a vehicle to treat quickly the organic substance in a place discharged therewith. The hard organic substance is fed simultaneously into the treatment machine to be crushing-treated by an operation of the treatment machine, and all of these operations are finished in a short time. The offensive odor is prevented from being generated even in a place with many dwelling houses, thus causing no trouble.
