Abstract:

To provide an organic waste treatment apparatus which improves the stability of decomposition fermentation treatment and reduces the running cost.

While a lid 9 for feeding organic wastes is held closed, a control section 24 rotates a motor 21 reversely for a prescribed time (a second time) at intervals of a prescribed time (the first time) interval, then rotates the motor normally for a prescribed time (a third time), thereby rotating a screw 5 and a paddle 6 reversely for the prescribed time (the second time) at the interval of the prescribed time (the first time), and then rotating the screw and the paddle normally for the prescribed time (the second time).
