PURPOSE: To provide an automatic order reception system which is inexpensive and has a high function by making a smooth voice response by using a computer which has small capacity such as a personal computer as an automatic order reception system which responds to ordering through a telephone set.
CONSTITUTION: Speech data corresponding to an article code, etc., received by a collation part 21 is reads a speech file 31 prepared on a floppy disk 51 as an external storage area and saved in a speech composition memory 35 by a speech composition part 22, and the speech data composed in the speech composition memory 35 are sent from a vocalization part 23. The speech can be reproduced by using the speech data composed in the speech composition memory 35 which is fast in access speech, so the smooth speech can be sent.
