To provide an organosiloxane copolymer polyesteramide resin having a low phenol value, a carboxyl value and an amine value, excellent in solubility, heat resistance, flame retardance and water repellency and free from a bleed-out component such as oil.

The organosiloxane copolymer polyesteramide resin is obtained by copolymerizing a diamine component with a dihydric phenol component and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component. In the resin, the diamine component is represented by formula (1) and the aromatic dicarboxylic acid component is a mixture of terephthalic acid with isophthalic acid and a molar ratio of the terephthalic acid to the isophthalic acid is 90/10-10/90 and a ratio of the diamine component in the components is 0.01 mass% and 40 mass% and the phenol value, the carboxyl value and the amine value are each 100 mol/t.
