Title:
OSCILLATING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5813016
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize an oscillating circuit which operates at low voltages, less consumes electric power, and uses a small number of parts, by cascading transistors, and coupling the base of the 1st stage with the base of an even-numbered stages through a capacitor.

CONSTITUTION: Initially, transistors (TR) TR1 and TR3 are off, a TR2 is on, and a capacitor C has no charge. When a power source is put to work, the capacitor C is charged via the route of the power source 1, capacitor C, and TR2. Then, the terminal voltage of the capacitor C rises gradually. As a result, the base potential of the TR1 also rises, and consequently the TR1 and TR2 turn on and off respectively. The TR3, on the other hand, turns on a certain time later. The capacitor C is charged reversely by a power source 2. As a result, the TR1 is turned off to perform initialization.
