Abstract:

To provide an oscillation circuit and an electronic apparatus that reduce temperature dependence of an oscillation frequency.

The oscillation circuit comprises: a reference voltage output section 10 for outputting a first reference voltage VR1, and a second reference voltage VR2 having a temperature characteristic of either of positive and negative polarities; a bias circuit 20 for converting the second reference voltage VR2 to a bias current IB on the basis of a resistive element RB having a temperature characteristic of the same polarity as that of the second reference voltage VR2; and a charge/discharge circuit 100 for performing either of charging and discharging operations on capacitors CJ1, CJ2 on the basis of the bias current IB, and when determining that the voltage of the capacitors CJ1, CJ2 has reached the first reference voltage VR1, performing the other of the charging and discharging operations on the capacitors CJ1, CJ2.
