Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a change in the frequency of a clock due to a delay in a comparator caused by a change in the voltage of a power supply cannot be suppressed.SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit includes: a first capacitive element and a second capacitive element; a charge switching section for electrically charging the first capacitive element and the second capacitive element alternately; an output switching section for outputting voltages depending on charges in the first capacitive element and the second capacitive element alternately; and a comparator for comparing the voltage from the output switching section with a reference voltage. The output switching section has: a first MOS transistor and a second MOS transistor of a first conductivity type and a second conductivity type configured to output the voltage depending on the charge in the first capacitive element; and a third MOS transistor of the first conductivity type configured to output the voltage depending on the charge in the second capacitive element, and fed at a bulk terminal with a voltage depending on a supply voltage.
