Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit capable of limiting a maximum value and a minimum value of a frequency even if any abnormality occurs in a V/I conversion circuit.SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit comprises: a current controlled oscillator 104 which is oscillated based on an input current; and a current limit circuit 106 which compares the input current with a first constant current Imax and a second constant current Imin, when the input current achieves the first constant current, limits a maximum current value of the input current by a transistor 121 provided on a route of the input current and, when the input current is reduced to the second constant current, limits a minimum current of the input current by adding a current to the route of the input current by a transistor 122 provided in parallel with the route of the input current.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
