Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator circuit capable of more appropriately suppressing noise resulting from a clock signal.SOLUTION: An oscillator circuit 3 includes: a periodic signal generation part (a triangular wave generation part 33) for generating a cyclic periodic signal in which a frequency varies; a clock generation part for generating a clock signal of a frequency corresponding to the periodic signal. The clock generation part includes: a ring oscillator part 31 having an odd-number of inverters IV1-IV3 connected in a ring shape and capacitors C31-C33 connected with each of output ends of the inverters; and a variable current supply part 32 for supplying an electric current corresponding to the periodic signal to the inverters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
