OUTPUT INFORMATION DETERMINING METHOD BASED UPON PRIORITY

PURPOSE:To decide on output information on such a priority basis that the same information is prevented from being outputted by predetermining information in a document and generating a constant table. CONSTITUTION:A decision on a processing section is made and when it is registered, a document No. is extracted from output data. Then, conversion to an output information serial No. is performed with an output control table 1 corresponding to the document No. and the output data. A registration state table 3 corresponding to the output information serial No. is used to decide on the registration state of corresponding information. When registered data is already registered, the processing is ended and when not, output information is registered in an output information registration table 4 corresponding to the output information serial No. and data on the registration completion is stored in a registration state table 2. An output equipment No. is inputted from the output control table 1 corresponding to the document being processed to decide on it according to an output equipment state table 3 corresponding to the output equipment No. A next document is processed when the equipment is in use or abnormal.
