Abstract:

To easily and properly install an overflow pipe portion in a parapet while maintaining drainage performance of a drain gutter, without reference to the height of the parapet.

An exterior floor structure of the building comprises a top surface 21 of a deck roof with drainage slope, and the parapet 22 erected on the periphery of the top surface 21 of the deck roof. An overflow device 41 provided at a corner between the parapet 22 and the top surface 21 of the deck roof has a drain gutter portion 50 elongated toward a base of the parapet 22 from an downstream end of a drainage slope portion 30 of the top surface 21 of the deck roof and rises along the parapet 22 from the base of the parapet 22, and has the overflow pipe portion 51 formed in the rising portion 63 of the drain gutter portion 50 and passes through the parapet 22.
