Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent a fire due to overheating by emitting loud voices from a voice synthesizing computer connected to a temp. sensor which is mounted at a TEMPURA (Japanese fry) pan or set in frying oil.

CONSTITUTION: The temp. sensor 4 is mounted in the pan 1 which is placed on a small kitchen range and is used for frying TEMPURA or in the frying oil 3 to detect the temp. of the pan 2 or the oil 3. The computer 6 connected to the temp. sensor 4 by a connecting wire 5 operates to emit the loud synthesized voices to inform the family of a danger when the indicating output of the temp. sensor 4 attains the prescribed value, for example, about 200°C. As a result, the generation of the fire is prevented even if the family has a visitor or telephone call during cooking.
