The operation control unit 12 calculates an operation current value of the motor 14 on the basis of a pulse signal from a pulse sensor 18, calculates a calorific value of the motor 14 from an operation time of the motor 14 and the operation current value, and conducts operation prohibition control that prohibits the operation of the motor provided that the calculated calorific value of the motor 14 has exceeded a preset reference value.
