Title:
OXYGEN CONCENTRATION DETECTOR IN OIL-SYSTEM DRY CLEANER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3416828
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily and quickly calibration a densitometer by providing a compression air supply valve at a specific position and supplying compression air to an oxygen densitometer via the valve.
CONSTITUTION: A compression air generator 19 is started by turning on an operation switch and a compression air valve 30 and an exhaust valve 18 open. The compression air reaches a branch pipe 33 through a pipe 31, the valve 30, and a pipe 32. The compression air is prevented from flowing to a washing bath 1 by a check valve 5, enters a chamber 2 via a pipe 7 for mounting the oxygen concentration meter, a check valve 8, and a pipe 9, and is unloaded from the chamber 2. Through this process, an oxygen concentration meter 13 contacts the compression air and is exposed to the atmosphere. The compression air is used to quickly expose the meter 13 to air, thus automatically performing calibration by the internal mechanism when the meter 13 results in an error. After a certain amount of time, the valves 30 and 18 are closed by a timer, thus periodically, quickly, and easily calibrating the meter 13.
