A packaging box 1 is provided with an exterior unit 20, and a packaging component 10 set in the exterior unit 20. The packaging component 10 includes an article mounting plane 11, a pair of suspending units 12, 13, a pair of side face parts 14, 15. Articles 100 are mounted on the article mounting plane 11. The pair of suspending units 12, 13 are folded and bent upward from both the ends of the article mounting plane 11 and suspend the article mounting plane 11. The pair of side face parts 14, 15 are folded and bent downward from the upper ends of the pair of suspending units 12, 13 and held in the surface contact with the two opposing wall surfaces (21, 23) of the exterior unit 20.
