To provide a packaging laminated film in which a film layer to be brought into contact with an article to be packaged is molded from a polyolefin resin composition and equipped with excellent anti-fogging properties, smoothness and heat-sealability, without deteriorating inherent transparency, and a manufacturing method for the packaging laminated film.

In the packaging laminated film, the film layer to be brought into contact with the article to be packaged is molded from the polyolefin resin composition in which a specific component is contained at a predetermined rate in a polyolefin resin, and a surface to be brought into contact with the article to be packaged is coated with a predetermined quantity of specific component.
