To reduce restriction on size of baggage and make a storing space small by providing a protective member having an L-shaped cross section at a corner of a pallet main part in a rocking manner between a rising position and a housing position and forming a base part of the protective member out of a flexible material.

At a corner of a pallet main part 12 on which a baggage is to be placed, a protective member 13 whose head end is constituted to be stretchable by a slidable structure 20 and whose base part is formed out of a flexible rubber support 17, having an L-shaped cross section is arranged in a rocking manner between a rising position which rises upward and a housing position along the pallet main part 12. By placing the baggage on the pallet main part 12 in a state that the protective member 13 is risen, the protective member 13 is made to be opposite to a corner part of the baggage side. Also, by deforming the base part of the protective member 13, the rising position of the protective member 13 can be deviated in the horizontal direction. Further, storing can be done by rocking the protective member 13 to the housing position and by lowering the whole height.
