To provide a panel system which can be used with top boards of various shapes, gives a sense of unity on external appearance, and consists of a modesty panel and a desk top panel.
The panel system is fitted so as to cover an edge part on the opposite unused side of a top board 2 constituting a part of a desk, and includes a plurality of lower panel elements 41 and 42 formed in at least two kinds of shapes with curvatures different in the width direction. The lower panel elements 41 and 42 are smoothly and continuously formed in the width direction so as to configure a non-standard modesty panel 4. Desktop panel elements 51 and 52 formed by the curvatures along the lower panel elements 41 and 42 are respectively arranged at predetermined positions above the lower panel elements 41 and 42, so that the desktop panel elements 51 and 52 allow their adjacent side edges to be connected smoothly and continuously in the width direction so as to configure a non-standard desktop panel 5.
