PURPOSE: To shape and finish whole pants at a time by inserting a pants setting body where pants are set between both heat plate irons, pressing and finishing the both leg parts of the pants by means of the both heat plate irons and stereoscopically finishing the hip parts of the pants by means of a hot steam blow.

CONSTITUTION: A pants press finisher consists of a pair of left and right heat plate iron 4 driven by a press mechanism 3 and the pants setting body A by which the pants are set nearly vertically. The setting body A is provided with a middle iron pad 10 to be inserted between the both leg parts of the pants, a belt press device 9 for fixing the hip parts of the pants, a device 7 for tensing the hip parts of the pants and a bottom press device 11. The setting body A is inserted between the both head plate irons 4 after the pants are set in the setting body A outside of the both heat plate irons 4, the both leg parts of the pants are pressed and finished by the both heat plate irons 4, the hip parts of the pants are stereoscopically finished by the hot steam blow and the whole pants are shaped and finished at a time. As a result, the pants are efficiently pressed and finished by one worker in a short time.
