To provide a paper feeding cassette capable of restraining a lifting member from slipping out of a cassette body, even when force is applied in the largely rotating direction of the lifting member of paper.
This paper feeding cassette 10 has the cassette body 11 and the lifting member 12 rotatably installed in the cassette body 11. The cassette body 11 includes an engaging part 11a engaging with the lifting member 12, an insertion hole 11i and a plate spring part 11j. The lifting member 12 includes an engaging part 12a engaging with the engaging part 11a and a rotational movement regulating part 12e integrally formed to project so as to abut on the cassette body 11. When the lifting member 12 rotates by a predetermined angle, the rotational movement regulating part 12e abuts on the cassette body 11, and regulates so that the lifting member 12 does not rotate by an angle larger than a predetermined turning angle. The engaging part 12a is engaged with the engaging part 11a via the insertion hole 11i by deflecting the plate spring part 11j.
