To reduce the number of lubricating work man-hours by arranging a nozzle for feeding oil to a machine element requiring lubrication and forcibly feeding lubricant from the nozzle by compressed air by means of a pump unit for jetting or dropping it in feeding of lubrication oil to a machine element.
After a printed circuit board 2 is transferred to a X-Y table so as to be held and fixed in a mounting position, a mounting head 13 lifting/ lowering along a direct action guiding mechanism 15 is actuated sequentially, so that an electronic part or the like is sucked and picked up from a carrier tape and mounted it to the printed circuit board 2. In this kind of part mounting machine, a jetting nozzle 20a jetting lubricant to the direct action guiding mechanism 15 and a jetting nozzle 20b jetting lubricant to a guide rail 19a of a direct action guiding mechanism 19 are arranged. The respective jetting nozzles 20a, 20b are connected to a pump unit via a joint 21 and a tube 22, and according to an operation of an auxiliary operation panel, lubricant can be automatically fed to the direct action guiding mechanisms 15, 19 from the nozzles 20a, 20b.
