Two parts after ending of a test arranged in a parts delivery position are simultaneously sucked by a head of a P and P robot, after checking a sucked condition of each part based on image recognition, in the case of existing of an error in the sucked condition of the parts, for storing each part in a tray so as to correct this error, action of a head or the like is controlled by a main control means 74. Particularly based on presence of the part with a test result in common and a hold condition or the like of the part, whether the two parts sucked by the head can be simultaneously stored or not in the tray is decided in a decision means 78, and in the case of deciding the two parts storable, action of the head is controlled by the main control means 74 so as to simultaneously store both the parts in the tray.
