Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patterning method capable of automatically rearranging each warp of a plurality of warp sheets obtained by arranging a plurality of warps in one layer sheet-like shape every raw material to one layer sheet-like shape in the order of predetermined raw material and automatically patterning warp in the order of predetermined raw material.
SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a multilayer yarn stretching mechanism A composed of a plurality of top holding parts capable of radially stretching a plurality of multilayered sheets of warp sheet group untied from a loom beam W every each layer, a yarn separating mechanism B capable of successively separating warp R of warp sheet S previously selected from the interior of warp sheet of each layer one by one, a yarn end transfer mechanism C capable of three-dimensionally transferring one warp separated by the yarn separating mechanism B without changing length of yarn and a releasing mechanism C for releasing warp transferred by the yarn end transfer mechanism C and a yarn end fixing mechanism E capable of fixing yarn end side of released warp in one layer sheet-like state.
