Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve accuracy by receiving variation in the quantity of light passing through a slit by a photosensor and processing it optically. CONSTITUTION:A movable iron plate 15 which swings as a rotating shaft is provided to a shaft 14 on a bracket 22 fitted to the bottom plate of a pendant type controller and drawn upward by a tension spring 17 until it balances. The slit 18 is formed in this bracket 22 and its tip part is formed as a tongue piece 19 which receives an operation rod 4 as the extension part of a push button. Further, the lamp 11c and Cd cell 21 of the photosensor are provided horizontally at a specific interval and the movable iron plate 15 is interposed between them. Then, the shape and size of the slit 18 are so set that the quantity of passing light when it rotates is linear in the beginning of the rotation and a saturated value above a specific angle, thereby controlling smoothly the speeds of various motors driving the crane.
