Title:
PEPTIDE, ITS DANSYLATED DERIVATIVE AND METHOD FOR SPECIFYING POSITION OF RECEPTOR OF FIBRONECTIN AND ITS ANALOGUE PROTEIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0892280
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a new peptide having a binding ability for a receptor of fibronectin or its analogue protein and useful for detection, etc., of a position of a fibronectin receptor in an animal tissue.

CONSTITUTION: This compound (salt) is expressed by formula I (Cys is a cysteine residue; Arg is an arginine residue; Ser is a serine residue; Pro is a proline residue; Ala is an alanine residue). Furthermore, the compound of formula I is obtained by deprotecting a compound of formula III (Dns is dansyl) obtained by using a compound of formula II (Boc is t-butoxycarbonyl; Acm is acetamidomethyl; Tos is tosyl; OcHex is cyclohexyloxy; Bzl is benzyl) as a starting raw material. This method for specifying a position a receptor of fibronectin (analogue protein) existing in a tissue is to add a dansylated derivative of the compound of formula I to a tissue fragment and observe the fragment by a fluorescent microscope.
