In the permanent magnet motor comprises a rotor attached to a magnetic field permanent magnet, and the stator having the stator iron core provided with a plurality of magnetic pole teeth and slots for the stator winding, one stator iron core piece has a closed slot, where the tip of the magnetic pole tooth is coupled to the tip of the adjacent magnetic pole tooth; and the other stator iron core piece has an opened slot, where the tip of the magnetic pole tooth is not coupled to the tip of the adjacent magnetic pole tooth but the stator iron core is constituted by mixing and stacking these stator iron core pieces.
