Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase varying device for microwave in which costs are reduced and reliability is improved.
SOLUTION: Since the phase varying device for microwave is composed of a microstrip line 15 and a reflector 14 provided to freely slide on the microstrip line 15 in the lengthwise direction of the microstrip line 15, it is not necessary to conventionally independently prepare a distributor or phase varying device or to connect them by a cable. As a result, the reduction of costs and improvement of reliability can be expected and the device can be configured compact. By combining microstrip lines 15a-1 to 15a-n and 15b-1 to 15b-n, a reflector 14-3, a 1×3 distributor 210, 1×2 distributor 211-21n, delay lines 220-22n and 90° hybrid circuits 131-13n ((n) is integer ≥3), -θ, 0, +θ and further, output signals of phases nθ, (n-1)θ,..., -(n-1)θ and -nθ can be outputted to an output port.
