Abstract:
To provide a phenol resin foam laminate which can provide a phenol resin foam that can hold excellent heat insulation performance over a long period of time, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A phenol resin foam laminate 1 in which surface materials 2 are arranged on at least upper and lower surfaces of a phenol resin foam having a density of 20 kg/mor more and 70 kg/mor less and a closed cell ratio of 80% or more, in which the phenol resin foam 3 contains at least one selected from hydrofluoroolefin as a foaming agent, a boiling average value X of the foaming agent is 0°C or higher, a Frazier permeability of the surface materials 2 is 51 cm/cmsec or more and 500 cm/cmsec or less, a resin exudation area ratio to the surface materials 2 is 50% or less, and a bond strength of the surface materials 2 is 200 g or more and 2,000 g or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
