To provide a photocatalyst liquid composition capable of providing flame-proofness and suppressing yellowing without deteriorating photocatalytic activity, a cloth having photocatalytic activity and flame-proofing effect using the composition, and a production method of the same.
The photocatalyst liquid composition contains photocatalyst particles each consisting of a core containing a photocatalyst material and a coating layer coating at least a part of the core and containing a material with low photocatalytic activity as compared with the photocatalyst material, a non-halogen type inorganic flame retardant, and an organic binder. The cloth contains the composition and has photocatalytic activity and frame-proofing effect and the production method is for producing the composition.
