Abstract:
To provide a photoelectric conversion element which has high efficiency and high durability, and a method for manufacturing the same.
There is provided the photoelectric conversion element comprising at least an active layer, a buffer layer, and a pair of electrodes, wherein the buffer layer contains a metal oxide and a binder resin, and the binder resin is a compound containing -C(=O)- and/or -NR1- (R1 represents an arbitrary atom or atomic group) in a repeating unit constituting a main chain. There are also provided a solar cell and a solar cell module using the photoelectric conversion element, and methods for manufacturing them.
