Abstract:
PURPOSE:To surely photograph a photographic image having the depth of focus being equal to a naked-eye observation image by controlling a numerical aperture of a recording optical system in accordance with the number of apertures of a microscopic observation optical system. CONSTITUTION:When a microscopic observer executes a diaphragming operation, aperture diaphragms 13, 13' turn, and simultaneously, a potentiometer turns and its output signal is inputted to a diaphragming state detecting part 15, and a diaphragm state is detected. In a diaphragm control part 16, the number of apertures of an observation optical system is detected, based on an output signal from the detecting part 15, and by adding a prescribed correction value thereto, a set value of the number of apertures to a recording optical system is determined. On the other hand, a diaphragming state of an aperture diaphragm 18 is also detected by a detecting part 19, and a numerical aperture of the recording optical system is derived by the control part 16. Subsequently, a setting output is inputted to a driving part 7 so that this value and said set value coincide with each other, and the diaphragm diameter of the aperture diaphragm 18 is controlled.
