Abstract:
To provide a photosensitive composition containing a light blocking agent and capable of forming a fine line pattern that has a low surface reflectance and is in close contact with a substrate, a cured product of the photosensitive composition, a black matrix or black bank composed of the cured product, a color filter having the black matrix or the black bank, an image display device having the color filter, and a method for producing a patterned cured film using the photosensitive composition.SOLUTION: A photosensitive composition contains ab alkali-soluble resin (A), a photopolymerizable monomer (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C), and a light blocking agent (D). The light blocking agent (D) comprises a combination of carbon black (D1) having undergone a surface treatment selected from a coating treatment with organic matter and a treatment of introducing an acidic group, and a lactam pigment (D2).SELECTED DRAWING: None
