Title:
PHOTOSETTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002272762
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a photosetting device which can prevent the generation of large heat at intraorals of patients by shortening the photosetting time.

In the photosetting device, a semiconductor radiation source mounted therein emits radiations at least partially in a visible spectrum range so that materials set within a radiation path is hardened by energization thereof. The radiation has the intensity of irradiation of 200 mW/cm2, especially 300 mW/cm2 at its minimum and the semiconductor radiation source (12) is connected in a heat-transfer fashion to a foundation member (10) through a metal and/or ceramics.
