Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking nozzle for fluid jet loom for making the speed of a fluid jet higher by suppressing passing a high-pressure fluid through a flow path in a state of turbulent flow.
SOLUTION: This picking nozzle has the following structure: a hollow needle is inserted into the nozzle body, forming a circular flow path together and the nozzle body is penetrated through a nozzle joint communicating with a high-pressure fluid source; the nozzle body and the nozzle joint are provided with inner side and outer side groove spaces extending axially and communicating with each other, respectively; an inlet hole through which the circular flow path and the inner side groove space communicate with each other lies open on the end of the nozzle tip side of the inner side groove space.
