Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibration piece which has excellent mounting stability.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration piece 10 comprises: a piezoelectric plate 20 which has a first principal surface 21 and a second principal surface 23; a first projecting part 31 formed on the first principal surface 21; a first excitation electrode 51 formed on the apex 31a of the first projecting part 31; a second excitation electrode 53 formed on the second principal surface 23 so as to be overlapped with the first excitation electrode 51 in a view from the thickness direction of the piezoelectric plate 20; and a pair of mount electrodes 55 formed in the periphery of the second excitation electrode 53 of the second principal surface 23 and connected with the first excitation electrode 51 and the second excitation electrode 53. The piezoelectric vibration piece 10 comprises first protrusions 41 formed integrally with the piezoelectric plate 20 on the first principal surface 21, and at least a part of the first protrusions 41 is formed overlapped with the mount electrodes 55 in the view from the thickness direction of the piezoelectric plate 20.
