Title:
PILE FABRIC
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3391156
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain pile fabric having good coloring property and moire visual feeling and resistance to while burr by applying print discharge and print charge to ground dyeing pile fabric using a pile yarn comprising a fiber having a specific wall thickness and a fiber having difference in delustering agent content.
SOLUTION: A polyester staple fiber A containing ≥1.5wt.% delustering agent, having 1.5-6.5μm wall thickness, flat irregular cross section and 1-6dl single fiber fineness and a polyester staple fiber B containing ≤0.7wt.% delustering agent and having 1-6dl single fiber fineness are separately spun to respectively afford spun yarn having 20 count and these spun yarns are dyed to a prescribed hue and constituted so that the fiber yarn A and the fiber yarn B respectively exist in an amount of 80-20wt.% and 20-80wt.% and the fiber having 1.5-6.5μm wall thickness exists in an amount of 20-100 pts.wt. to produce a pile fabric. Then, print discharge or print charge or delustering agent- containing colored print is applied to the pile fabric to provide a print pile fabric having moire visual feeling.
