Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To nicely and inexpensively coat and treat a mark of piping after cutting and removing a protruded pipe part side while suppressing the breakage of a cut blade part and the lowering of cut work efficiency by applying rational cut and removal treatment to a protruded pipe part which protrudes to a surface of a pipe arrangement part.SOLUTION: In a pipe cut and removal method which cuts and removes a protruded pipe part side of piping 1 which is protruded from a surface Fa of a pipe arrangement part F, the protruded pipe part side of the piping 1 is cut and removed up to a set internal position by a cut blade part 4 of a cutter C which is rotationally driven by using the cutter C which is arranged at an outside diameter having a cut blade part 4 which cuts an end face 1a of the piping 1, and can cut-progress up to the set internal position which intrudes into the inside rather than the surface Fa of the pipe arrangement part F, and a filler 13 is filled into a recess 12a of a piping hole 12 which is formed at the surface Fa side of the pipe arrangement F so as to be exposed accompanied by the cut and removal of the protruded pipe part side while being flush or substantially flush with the surface Fa of the pipe arrangement part F.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
