To improve, in the case of providing an injection-molded flange at an end portion of a blow-molded or gas-injection molded pipe body, a sealability of an interface between the pipe body and the flange as well as a sealability between a fastening surface of the flange and a mating member.SOLUTION: A groove B into which a sealing material S is fitted is configured in an annular shape surrounding an opening 10a by a side surface 10b at a tip side with respect to a first protruding portion 11 on an outer peripheral surface of a pipe body 10, an opposing surface 20a of a flange 20, and a side surface 11b of the first protruding portion 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
