Abstract:
To provide a processing tool of a piping end portion, that is capable of performing flare processing for the piping end portion with high processing accuracy on a local piping rack whose piping is laid, and of efficiently performing a loose flange-system joining at low cost; and to provide a processing method of the piping end portion thereof.SOLUTION: A processing tool 10 of a piping end portion is constituted from a pair of a holding part 20 for holding piping, and an end portion reception part 30 against which the piping end portion is pushed. The holding part 20 comprises a plurality of members for holding the piping. Further, the end portion reception part 30 comprises an insertion part 35 for inserting the piping end portion, and an enlarged diameter part 36 for enlarging an inner diameter of the piping end portion. The insertion part 35 has a heating function. The holding part 20 is divided into a plurality of members, and thus the piping can be held at a local site the piping has already been laid, in a state where the piping is put through a loose flange. In this manner, the piping end portion can be subjected to flare processing with high processing accuracy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
