To provide a piping structure and a piping method of a water feed pipe, in which simple and inexpensive construction of the piping structure can be achieved without any working on an existing ceiling as further as possible.
A piping structure 1 of a new water feed pipe in an existing building B comprises: a primary-side rising pipe 10 rising from the inside of a wall body W at a side of a supply source 2 to a ceiling space C; a secondary-side rising pipe rising from the inside of a wall body at a side of facility equipment to the ceiling space C; a horizontal pipe 30 which is laid horizontally in the ceiling space C and communicated to the primary-side rising pipe 10 and the secondary-side rising pipe; and ceiling check holes 11 which are provided through a ceiling face in the vicinity of a communicating part of the primary-side rising pipe 10 and the horizontal pipe 30 and through a ceiling face in the vicinity of a communicating part of the secondary-side rising pipe and the horizontal pipe 30, respectively.
