To provide a piping unit strong in shocks from the outside, excellent in safety and chemical resistance, capable of greatly reducing the time and labor in installation, easy to be incorporated and exchanged, excellent in the installation workability, compact and excellent in space-saving, having no clearances, level differences and joints in the pipe and hardly mixed by dust, with smooth flow of the fluid and capable of easily carrying out contamination control or flow control, etc., for the manufacturing facility, etc., and excellent in reliability and maintainability by integrally forming and three-dimensionally accumulating the pipe for supplying/discharging each kind of fluid.
The piping unit is made of thermoplastic resin and provided with pipes three-dimensionally accumulated in a block body. The pipe is provided with two or more opening flow passages each of which has at least one end penetrating and opening on a surface of the block body and an internal flow passage formed by closing its opening end of a penetrating hole communicating with the opening flow passages inside the block body with a lid member fitted from the surface of the block body and integrated with the block body by heat fusion.
