Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce probability of erroneous decision to facilitate estimation of anomaly causes, by utilizing a parameter adjustment quantity indication signal to diagnose the atomic power plant and so on for anomaly. CONSTITUTION:The same input r(t) is input to actual plant 1 and collation model 2, and respective outputs Xm and Xp are sent to error signal calculating unit 3. The difference between them is calculated in unit 3 and is amplified to generate error signal (e). Next, adapting mechanism 5 generates parameter adjustment quantity indication signal Xa of actual plant 1 from outputs Xp and Xm, error signal e(t) and input r(t) so that the operation characteristic of actual plant 1 may coincide with that of collation model 2. Anomaly decision calculating unit 6 uses Xa and e(t) to decide whether the plant is normal or not for parameter (a) and generates anomal indication signal Y. In case that Xa exceeds the boundary value for anomal decision, it means that the parameter of actual plant 1 itself is fluctuated abnormally in comparison with the parameter of collation model 2, thus reducing probability of erroneous decision.
