Abstract:
To provide a plasma display panel of which the adjacent cells are hardly lighted even when a separation wall itself is collapsed and a discharge space of one cell is linked to that of an adjacent cell, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same.
A MgO film of a scan base plate is formed by a phtotolithography method on an underlying film of the MgO film by using a dry film resist (DFR) pattern as a MgO forming mask, and the MgO film is formed only at an area corresponding to a discharge cell.
