Abstract:
To provide a pleat machine capable of making a pleat fabric whose one side is covered with a backing sheet and which has good shape stability.
Reinforcing paper 5 is piled on one side of a processing fabric 2 and then fed together with the processing fabric 2 to pressurizing rollers 6, 7 with feeding blades 11. An backing sheet 14 with adhesive is fed to be piled on the other side of the fed processed fabric 2 formed by heat-pressing and supplying pleats 13 from the pressurizing rollers 6, 7, and the backing sheet 14 is thermally stuck to the other side of the processing fabric 2 by an adhesion roller 10.
