PURPOSE: To improve the monotonousness of a conventional flocked processed product and to obtain an irregular pattern due to the difference between the erectility and flexibility of flocks.

CONSTITUTION: Base cloth 2 is flocked with flocks 4 made of a split type composite fiber and a mat like reticulated material with a large void composed of continuous linear materials of a synthetic polymer longitudinally extending in an irregularly bent state is superposed on the flocked cloth 1 on the side of the flocks 4 or base cloth 2 thereof and a high pressure liquid stream is injected to the cloth on the side of the flocks to extremely finely split a part of split type composite fiber flocks and an irregular pattern consisting of extremely finely split parts and unsplit parts is formed to the flocked surface.
